Working From the Ground Up
Our field offices and community centers are embedded in the heart of the communities we serve. From urban Dhaka to remote char lands, our team works side-by-side with local leaders to design and deliver programs that truly fit the context.
With a dedicated network of staff, volunteers, and community mobilizers, TPDO maintains an active presence across 30+ villages and urban settlements throughout Bangladesh.

TPDO holds dual registration under two key government bodies in Bangladesh, affirming our legitimacy, accountability, and commitment to genuine community development.
Jubo Unnoyon Registration
Registered under the Department of Youth Development, Government of Bangladesh — authorising TPDO to operate youth-focused programmes including skills training, leadership development, and civic engagement across the country.
Social Welfare Registration
Registered under the Department of Social Services, Ministry of Social Welfare, Government of Bangladesh — enabling TPDO to deliver social protection, community welfare, and humanitarian assistance programmes nationwide.
