Social Media Intern
You will assist in creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with our audience across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Great opportunity to build your portfolio while doing meaningful work.
What You'll Do
- Draft and schedule social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
- Design simple graphics using Canva or similar tools
- Monitor comments and engage with followers
- Help with photo captions and short video descriptions
- Assist in monthly performance reporting
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant programme
- Passion for social impact and community development
- Basic knowledge of Facebook & Instagram
- Good written communication in Bengali and/or English
- Canva or basic design skills are a plus
Junior Social Media Executive
Own TPDO's social media presence end-to-end. You'll plan content calendars, produce engaging posts, track analytics, and help shape how the world sees our work on the ground.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow TPDO's Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube channels
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars
- Produce short-form video content (Reels, Shorts)
- Write compelling captions and stories in Bengali & English
- Track KPIs and produce monthly reports
- Coordinate with field teams for real-time content
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in social media management (NGO experience a bonus)
- Strong written Bengali and English skills
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights
- Basic video editing (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
- Self-motivated, organised, and mission-driven
