How We Handle Your DonationsYour Donations

Donations to TPDO are currently accepted via bKash Send Money to 01711-097022. Online card payment through SSLCommerz is being integrated and will be available soon. Please add your name in the bKash reference field so we can acknowledge your contribution.

100% of every donation goes directly to our programmes on the ground. We allocate funds as follows: 40% to Education & Literacy, 30% to Healthcare Access, 20% to Economic Empowerment, and 10% to Environmental Sustainability. No portion is deducted for administrative overhead.

All donors who provide their name and contact details will receive an acknowledgement via email or phone within 5 working days. For large donations (৳10,000 and above), we will issue a formal donation receipt upon request.

If a donation is made in error (wrong amount or duplicate transaction), please contact us at admin@tpdobd.org within 7 days of the transaction with your bKash transaction ID. We will review and process eligible refunds within 10 working days.

We accept anonymous donations. If you prefer anonymity, simply do not include your name in the bKash reference. However, anonymous donors will not be able to request receipts or refunds.

TPDO complies with all Bangladesh NGO Affairs Bureau (NGOAB) regulations for foreign donations. International donors should contact admin@tpdobd.org before transferring funds so we can provide the correct banking details and ensure compliance.

We do not share, sell, or disclose donor personal information to any third party. Donor data is used solely for acknowledgement, receipts, and internal record-keeping in line with our Privacy Policy.

TPDO maintains accurate financial records of all donations received. These records are subject to internal audit and are available for review by relevant government bodies as required by our registration under the Department of Social Services and Department of Youth Development.
